Dieses Transferelement befindet sich in einem eingeschossigen Einfamilienhaus in Taipei, Taiwan, direkt vor dem Haupteingang der Wohnung. Es besteht hauptsächlich aus einer äußeren Sicherheitstür und einer Tür, die ins Innere führt. Der besondere Raum zwischen diesen beiden Türen gehört zu Xuanguan, einem Schwellenraum. Hier wird für den Empfang von Gästen genutzt und müssen die Outdoor-Schuhe ausgezogen werden, bevor man den Hauptraum betritt. Dieser Raum ist häufig in ostasiatischen Kulturkreisen zu sehen.
